just had a great meeting today with “my rich dad ” who taught me the following

Had a great meeting today with some great tips from one of my richest clients! MY ” Rich DAD”
1. concentrate on profit, if you are profitable you will survive, do anything to stay profitable, this applies personaly or in business, reduce costs, and grow the business….sell!
2. Be positive at all times, no stressing, you do not achieve anything by worrying
3. Cashflow is king, make sure it keeps coming in
4. Work together in partnerships if you have to, trust someone you think will help you
5. Build in a contingency, but buy property with your savings, as long as someone is paying the rent the building will pay itself off( he generally purchases things with 15% or higher return)
6. Do not be scared to invest in your building to get a tenant, but no too much!! let them sign a long lease
7. Do anything to stay profitable, (he cleans, cooks and does anything and everything to keep one of his businesses afloat.
8. Finally Invest!
